Tx Gaming Supplies offers the following Returns Policy: Product can be returned within 3 days after product was received. Buyer will be refunded full amount price (S/H is not included) after returned product was received. If you receive your item in broken condition we will file a shipping damage claim so we can send you a new item. If a shipping damage occurs please notify us within 72 hours of receipt. Please also do not throw away the box your merchandise came in or your shipping damage claim will be terminated. The shipping company (fedex) will need to inspect the box for damage. Thanks
